Summer Capsule Project
#catchingsummermemories
My mission is to facilitate K-12 kids' engagement in independent, inquiry-driven summer art projects.
I believe summer should be an opportunity to explore the world through creativity, imagination, and play. Kids shouldn't have to wait to grow up to do or be something. The time is now; summer awaits!
making sketchbooks
A sketchbook is a portable life museum. It can be used in many ways, but my favorite: to document your unique life experiences in fun and meaningful ways. You do not need to go to the store to buy anything to make this simple sketchbook. This capsule is for all ages.
passion mapping
What makes you tick? What wakes you up in the morning? This mixed media, layering project is designed to get you thinking about the things you are passionate about. At the end of it, I hope you learn something new, and are one step closer to your dreams! This capsule is for grades 9-12.
